安装prometheus_mavros

安装编译 prometheus_mavros的时候
执行./install_prometheus_mavros.sh的时候
报错
ERROR: your rosdep installation has not been initialized yet.  Please run:
  rosdep update

进而执行 rosdep update的时候、
报错：
